Hey everyone! I'm a newbie but I'm excited to be joining your story (yay) so here's just a bit about me if any of you are interested.
I live in Australia - are there any other Aussies on here? I don't find many in the roleplaying world. I am studying to be an engineer but we'll see how that works out, I think it would be really cool to send people to space and I really like STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths). I'm also an avid fan of the musical theatre genre and I enjoy performing as well.
I don't do sports but I like ice skating even though I'm not very good at it - it's not super popular in Australia. My new years resolution is to go ice skating at least once a month, and so far I'm sticking to it (but it's only February so we'll see how that goes I guess).
My main thing in roleplaying is to figure out a character in my mind and to make relationships with other characters - I also love reading everyone's writing, it just inspires me. There's also something really cool about writing a communal story and working together to create a universe.
So that's me in a nutshell, looking forward to meeting everyone and writing with you all!

There are no Aussies here for now, there had been a few in the past though, on the previous volumes (including two Tasmanian Devils who used to say Australia, not Tasmania - probably afraid we on the other sides of the world wouldn't know about Van Diemen and Taz the cartoon character ).
Which are your favourite books and movies? Maybe we find something in common here... with me or with others (because some people say about books and movies I have never heard about )
This is why I love writing together with others more than writing alone - even if by writing alone one can get the story finished quicker And why I love also that now writing forums like NaNoWriMo, Absolute Write and others exist, because otherwise writing used to be a quite lonely endeavour. I love a lot the brainstorming part, planning a story together, meeting all writers' objectives (not necessarily the characters', as they don't often like what the writers have in store for them )
